One who is going through any kind of mental tension or trauma, in his or her personal or professional life, but neither able to discuss it with anyone and nor able to find an appropriate resolution, can opt for counselling.

Counselling lasts for the time you need it. You can choose counselling therapy according to your requirements. It can be a small counselling of 2 sessions in a week or you can go opt for a frequency of sessions every fortnight. You can also visit the counsellor once in 6 months just to ensure the objectivity or by the time you get the confidence to decide for yourself, without any guidance; you can discontinue the therapy session.
